Important Boundaries

What We Don't Fix

To maintain our high standards and ensure your safety in the wild, there are certain items and categories we strictly do not accept for repair.

  • Safety & Load-Bearing Gear

    We do not repair climbing harnesses, dynamic or static ropes, carabiners, or helmets. Safety equipment must be replaced if damaged.

  • Footwear

    Boot resoling and climbing shoe repairs require specialized lasts and presses that fall outside our textile-focused workshop.

  • Heavily Soiled Items

    For the health of our staff and the integrity of our machines, all gear must be washed before sending. Unwashed items will be returned.
