Our primary objective is to restore the functional integrity of your outdoor equipment, including jackets, tents, and sleeping bags. Repair Outcomes and Expectations
While we utilize professional-grade materials and patch-and-stitch techniques, repairs will often be visible. We prioritize performance, waterproofing, and durability over aesthetic invisibility. Reproofing services will restore water repellency to reasonable factory standards, provided the base membrane of the garment remains intact.
- Color matching for patches and threads is done to the best of our ability but is not guaranteed.
- Delaminated fabrics or extensively degraded polyurethane coatings may not be fully restorable.
Pricing and Payment
An initial estimate is provided based on the information and photos submitted. A final quote will be issued upon physical inspection of the gear. Work will not commence until the final quote is approved by the client. Invoices are sent digitally and must be settled before the repaired equipment is shipped back.
Liability and Warranties
We stand by the quality of our structural repairs with a one-year workmanship guarantee. If a repair fails under normal outdoor use within this period, we will correct it free of charge. This guarantee does not cover new tears, regular abrasion, or damage to areas adjacent to the repair.
Our maximum liability for any item lost or irreversibly damaged while in our physical possession is limited to the current depreciated replacement value of the item, up to a stated maximum limit per item class.
