Mail-In Service

Send Your Gear

Follow our simple process to safely box up your damaged equipment and get it directly onto our repair benches.

The Process

Prepare for Transit

01

Clean It First

We cannot process muddy or heavily soiled items. Please wash and fully dry your jackets, tents, or sleeping bags before packing. Dirt compromises our sealing tapes and needle mechanisms.

02

Pack Securely

Use a rigid cardboard box or a heavy-duty mailing bag. Avoid using excessive tape directly on the gear. Make sure there is no loose hardware that could puncture the fabric during transit.
